What’s the delivery charge if I am purchasing more than one item?
If you are buying more than one product you will be charged the delivery rate for the most expensive item, plus an additional amount of 50p-£1.00 per extra item.
How long will it take for my goods to arrive?
If you order before 3pm we aim to dispatch on the same day (allow a bit longer during busier periods). Products are sent first class, signed for (signature required on delivery) which normally takes one working day although this cannot be guaranteed.
Sending your order as a present
Although we don’t offer a gift wrapping option at the moment, a lot of our designers supply their own packaging such as little purple pouches which are perfect for presents, and we wrap some smaller items of jewellery in black tissue paper. If you wish to send a gift directly to a recipient please add their address to the delivery address field. Although the package will normally contain a delivery note (to be sent back for returns), so if your item is a present being sent directly to the recipient please mention this in the 'instructions' field.
What do I do if my goods arrive damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours so that we can take this up with the carrier. You will then have the standard 7 working days to make the return - please follow the procedure detailed above.

What is your returns policy?
If you wish to return your item for any reason we can refund or exchange up to 7 working days starting after the delivery date of your order. Please email info@mylittleboutique.com and we will provide you with the returns address. For reasons of hygiene we cannot accept the return of earrings.
You are responsible for postage and packaging of returns and we recommend that you ask the post office for proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for the item/s until it is back with us.
Items returned must be unused i.e the condition that they were sent to you.
Please return the item/s, write the reason for returning on the delivery note and include the delivery note in the package with your item. Post and packaging costs are non-refundable.
