How do I place an order?
How do I place an order?
We take orders online using safe and secure payment methods.   
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Once you place your order a confirmation message will pop up on screen and you will also receive an email confirmation.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the UK, Western Europe, USA and Canada.
Do you deliver to PO box addresses?
Unfortunately we can’t deliver to PO box addresses as we require a signature on delivery.
What if I won’t be at home to receive my delivery?
We require a signature on delivery so we can be sure you receive your item. If you won’t be in you can add a friend or neighbours address in the delivery address form, or you can add your work address. Alternatively, if you miss the delivery your item will be returned to your local mail depot and you will be left a card so you can collect or re-arrange delivery.
What if I need to cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as your item has not already been despatched. Please call or email us as soon as possible to check the status of your order. If it has already been posted to you, you will have to follow the returns policy (see delivery section).
